Your work will simplify complex processes and improve efficiency for engineering and operations teams.\nIn this role, you’ll contribute across the full UX process - from problem framing and rapid research to high fidelity design, prototyping, and handoff.\nYou will have opportunities to grow your skills through mentorship, collaboration, and constructive feedback. We value accessibility, inclusivity, and a culture of continuous learning.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nResearch & Analysis: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, identify user needs, and validate design concepts.\nDesign & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex systems, ensuring they meet business and user requirements.\nCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals.\nDesign Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across different products and tools.\nUser Experience Strategy: Define and advocate for best practices in user experience design, ensuring a user-centered approach is maintained throughout the design process.\nStay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.\nMinimum Qualifications\nKLA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
