Working at Klarna means taking on problems most companies never get to solve, and being hands-on enough that the interesting part of the work lands with you, not someone else. You'll build with AI, not watch it happen.\nThis is the stretch zone. Come find out what you're capable of.\nAbout the role\nWhen a partner integrates Klarna's products, someone has to turn scoping conversations and API documentation into something that actually goes live - and stays working. That's you. You'll work hands-on across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and beyond, running multiple concurrent partner implementations at once. You'll be the person partners call when something breaks - troubleshooting technical issues in real time, and guiding them through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies that come with both. You'll use AI tools to move faster through that work, not just to say you use them.\nYou'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope, set delivery priorities, and make sure what ships meets Klarna's quality bar. And because you'll understand partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments ecosystem better than almost anyone, you'll feed that back into how Klarna builds - its products, its integration frameworks, and how the team works.\nWhat you'll do\nYou'll run multiple concurrent partner implementations at once, from scoping through go-live.\n\nYou'll troubleshoot technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies around both.\n\nYou'll use AI tools to move faster through delivery work, and push for their use across the team.\n\nYou'll work with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope and set delivery priorities.\n\nYou'll hold implementations to Klarna's quality bar, not just \"it works.\"\n\nYou'll turn what you learn about partner systems and the payments ecosystem into concrete feedback that improves Klarna's products and integration frameworks.\n\nWho you are\nYou've spent 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery - in payments, fintech, or a related industry - running multi-stakeholder projects with a structured, analytical approach.\n\nYou understand integrations, APIs, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot them yourself.\n\nYou use AI tools yourself, and you push for their use across the team when they make delivery faster or better.\n\nYou move comfortably between technical discussions with engineering and commercial conversations with partners, and you can explain a technical problem clearly to both.\n\nYou know your way around e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.\n\nYou drive toward a solution without waiting to be told what the priority is.\n\nYou have working proficiency in Swedish.\n\nThings you should know before applying\nWorking together: we value co-located teams; most teams currently meet in the office 3 days per week, and this varies by team and can change over time.\n\nNon-obvious backgrounds are welcome. Diversity of skills, perspectives and backgrounds is how we create, innovate, and disrupt like no other.\n\nFinal compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.\n\nPlease include a CV in English. Concrete beats comprehensive - what you built, what it did, what it cost.\nCurious to learn more about Klarna and what it’s like to work here?
