We love brands and products! \nSalary starts from 1500 €/gross month (depends on experience) \nAs a E-commerce Logistics Specialist, you will be involved in the full outbound delivery process - from the moment an order leaves the warehouse until it reaches the customer.\nWhat you will do:\nManaging and monitoring outbound parcel logistics from warehouse dispatch to final delivery.\nCommunicating with courier companies, carriers and logistics partners and handling day-to-day operational topics.\nMonitoring delivery performance, transit times, tracking, SLAs and other logistics KPIs.\nSupporting and improving cross-border delivery processes across European markets.\nManaging returns and reverse logistics processes.\nHandling delivery incidents, claims and other non-standard situations and helping identify their root causes.\nPreparing reports and analyses and evaluating carrier and service performance.\nSupporting capacity and peak planning during high-volume periods.\nSupporting the onboarding of new carriers, services and logistics solutions.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve logistics processes in terms of cost, speed, quality and customer experience.\nWorking closely with Logistics, Warehouses, Customer Service and IT teams.\nUsing modern tools, including AI and automation, to improve everyday work and solve operational problems.\nYou will not only follow existing processes. You will gradually learn how our logistics operation works, identify problems and take part in improving the way we work.\nThis is a junior role with real responsibility and the opportunity to grow towards carrier management, analytics, process optimization and your own logistics projects.\n\nWhat we are looking for: \nYou have an interest in logistics, e-commerce and delivery processes.\nYou have an analytical and structured way of thinking and enjoy working with data.\nYou are comfortable working with Excel and handling larger amounts of information.\nYou are able to identify connections, investigate problems and look for their root cause, rather than just dealing with the symptoms.\nYou are comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools for research, analysis, everyday work and problem-solving.\nYou are able to work independently, set priorities and take ownership of your tasks.\nYou are practical, curious and willing to learn new things.\nYou communicate confidently in English, both in writing and verbally.\nYou are a team player and enjoy working with colleagues from different departments and countries.\nPrevious experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce or operations is an advantage, but is not required.\nAdvantage\nExperience in e-commerce or parcel logistics.\nExperience working with courier companies, outbound or returns processes.\nExperience with cross-border delivery, marketplaces or D2C businesses.\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools.\nBasic understanding of API or EDI integrations.\n\nWhat we offer:\nTeambuildings - Meet your colleagues in an informal setting like Family Day and let yourself loose during our Christmas and Summer parties.
