We love brands and products! \nSalary from 2500 €/gross month (depends on experience) (Hybrid)\nAs Financial Controller, you will be part of our international Finance team and play a key role in OPEX controlling across our European entities and sales channels. Your responsibilities will include monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting, cost controlling, and financial analysis using tools such as SAP, Lucanet and Power BI. Are you ready for your next chapter at Klarstein?\nWhat you will do: \nGroup OPEX Controlling across European entities and sales channels (own web shops and marketplaces)\nParticipation in the regular monthly controlling close\nCalculation of monthly accruals and review of monthly results\nCost controlling, evaluation of budget achievement, and explanation of variances\nAnalysis and optimisation of internal processes\nData analysis from SAP, databases, and Power BI dashboards, including the use of AI tools and models\nOwnership of data quality and reconciliations across SAP ↔ Lucanet (including local systems where relevant)\nParticipation in budget and rolling forecast cycles, including scenario planning and management presentations\nCreation of internal process documentation\nCommunication and coordination of processes with other countries and departments\n\nWhat we are looking for: \nDegree in accounting, finance, or a related field\n4+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A (group/regional experience is a plus)\nStrong skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance storytelling\nACCA, CFA, or Big4 experience is an advantage\nExperience with Lucanet and/or SAP (or similar tools), Power BI, and advanced Excel\nSolid understanding of e-commerce drivers and inventory/working capital topics\nBusiness partnering mindset, structured approach, and strong communication skills\nFluent English (German is a plus)\n\nWhat we offer: \nTeambuildings - Meet your colleagues in informal setting like Family day and let yourself loose during our Christmas and Summer parties.
