process flows, swimlane diagrams, and user stories.\n\nSolution Design & Implementation\n* Lead fit-gap analysis and solution design discussions.\n* Define master data structures, security roles, maker-checker controls, and reporting requirements.\n* Work closely with implementation partners to configure ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.\n* Oversee data migration, UAT, training, and change management activities.\n\nGovernance & Stakeholder Management\n* Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.\n* Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and Leadership teams to ensure business alignment.\n* Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.\n* Build consensus across cross-functional stakeholders and drive timely decision-making.\n\n🔹 Required Experience\n* 10–15 years of experience in ERP, business process transformation, or enterprise transformation.\n* Minimum 2 successful end-to-end ERP implementation projects.\n* Proven hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRSs, process maps, workflows, and business specifications.\n* Strong understanding of key enterprise business processes, including: \n* Procure-to-Pay (P2P)\n* Order-to-Cash (O2C)\n* Record-to-Report (R2R)\n* CAPEX-to-Fixed Asset\n* Revenue Recognition\n* Inventory & Supply Chain Management\n\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable and practical ERP solutions.\n\nSkills\nOracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, FRS,
