This person will report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Business Systems and will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Recruiting. This position will also assist in a developing a roadmap for process improvement and enhancement opportunities to leverage our investment in the Cloud HCM platform while meeting business requirements. Ideal candidate will have technical and functional skills in Oracle HCM and Payroll.\nRemote, work from home opportunity.\nResponsibilities\nProvide day-to-day systems support for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Recruiting modules\n\nAssist with open tickets for enhancements and bug fixes, including but not limited to report fixes, interface modifications, configuration changes, implementing new features and security role changes, and will require technical and functional experience and capabilities.\n\nCollaborate with Oracle support when needed for bug fixes and other technical issues.\n\nHelp recording, reporting, resolution and prevention of business incidents involving Oracle Cloud HCM.\n\nAssist with impact assessment, analysis, and regression for Quarterly releases. Perform proof of concept, validation, testing and UAT for new features to be adopted in each quarterly release.\n\nWork with business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend application enhancements and solutions. Translate high-level requirements into functional specifications.\n\nMaintain documentation of enhancements and configuration changes.\n\nTrain users on new functionality and create user training materials.\n\nWork closely with any implementation and managed services partners to get a complete understanding and knowledge transfer of work being performed by third parties.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of seven years hands on experience with Oracle HCM configuration and/or implementation.\n\nTechnical and functional experience in the main Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence and Recruiting modules\n\nOracle HCM development experience including SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Shell scripting.\n\nKnowledge of Oracle HCM databases and strong SQL skills.\n\nStrong knowledge of the Oracle HCM Common features and native tools.\n\nExperience with supporting the Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting functions like BI Publisher and OTBI Reports.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility and willing to learn new Oracle Cloud infrastructure tools like Oracle Integration Cloud\n\nAbility to take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience implementing HCM, Payroll, Time and Absence, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud features in a global environment\n\nExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud\n\nExperience working on HDL, BIP Reports, OTBI and HCM Extracts\n\nWho We Are\nKLDiscovery is a global leader in eDiscovery, compliance, and data management solutions empowering law firms, corporations, and government agencies to tackle their most complex legal and regulatory challenges.
