You will work on AI-driven backend services, LLM-powered workflows, and distributed AI systems that power mission-critical trade and logistics operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and build AI-powered applications and intelligent automation systems.\nDevelop scalable AI backend services using Python.\nBuild LLM-based workflows and AI agents to automate document and data processing.\nDevelop high-performance AI services using gRPC.\nWork with event-driven architectures using Kafka for large-scale data processing.\nBuild AI pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.\nIntegrate AI capabilities with microservices-based architecture.\nRapidly prototype AI solutions and deploy them in production environments.\nOptimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.\nCollaborate closely with product, engineering, and platform teams.\nKey Qualifications\n6+ years of experience in AI engineering, backend engineering, or related roles.\nStrong programming experience in Python.\nExperience building AI systems, LLM applications, or intelligent automation workflows.\nExperience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.\nExperience building APIs/services using gRPC or similar technologies.\nGood understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.\nFamiliarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras (good to have).\nExperience with LLM frameworks, RAG pipelines, or AI agents is a plus.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving
