Consumer App\nOur entire network starts on the phone.\nYou’ll help build the mobile experience that powers one of the largest human data collection efforts ever created.\nYou will:\nDesign and ship core upload flows (photo, video, document ingestion)\nBuild high-performance media handling systems\nOptimize upload speed, compression, and background processing\nImplement fraud detection hooks and verification UX\nBuild incentive systems, payout visibility, and contributor dashboards\nImprove retention, engagement, and contributor lifetime value\nWork directly with backend + ML teams to ship full-stack features\nWE’RE LOOKING FOR\n3+ years iOS development experience\nStrong Swift / SwiftUI experience\nExperience shipping consumer apps at scale\nDeep understanding of performance optimization (media-heavy apps preferred)\nExperience with background tasks, file handling, and networking\nStrong product intuition\nBonus:\nExperience with growth loops or marketplace products\nExperience building creator tools\nExperience with Flutter (we are migrating parts of the stack)\nExperience working closely with ML or backend teams\nCURRENT STACK\nFrontend\nSwiftUI (primary)\nMigrating parts to Flutter\nBackend\nPostgreSQL (Supabase)\nS3 storage\nDeno / TypeScript edge functions\nPython ML pipelines\nCOMPENSATION\nBase salary: $150,000 -
