Distribute other documentation to appropriate Customer Service personnel including expedites, pricing requests, and product availability for processing.\nExpediate premium freight as required. Highlight shipping method, collect account, quote, ship-to PO, special markings, promo references, drop-ship address, and any other special requests on each order.\nReview Claims Management System errors to ensure Standard of Performance requirements are met and errors are limited.\nEnsure all appropriate promo codes and promotion attributes are applied.\nPerform other duties as required within the nature and level of work. \nQualifications\nHigh School diploma required. Experience with data entry preferred.\nProficient in MS Office suite of applications. Must be able to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently and with others. Ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environment. Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.\nHourly Pay: $19.00-$22.00\nPhysical Demand Requirements \nOccasionally required to stand, walk or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
