Specific responsibilities include:following proper procedures,\ncompleting work in a timely manner,\nprepare daily field observation reports and materials testing data sheets;\nperforming accurate computations, and\nmaintaining cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc.\nThis position may require travel from time to time.Consideration for this position requires that following certifications or experience:\n1-3 years minimum of construction materials testing or inspection experience.\nACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1\nRadiation Safety training for the operation of a nuclear density gauge.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid driver's license with good driving record.\nAble to use a company provided laptop or tablet computer and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\nA good work ethic and high level of personal integrity.\nAuthorization to work in the United States \nIn addition to the above required certification, hiring preference will be given to those with any of the following desired certifications:TxDOT Testing Certifications\nICC Special Inspector CertificationsReinforced Concrete\nPrestressed Concrete\nStructural Masonry\nSpray Applied Fireproofing\nStructural Steel and Bolting\nStructural Welding \n\nFollowing an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.\nMove Forward with Kleinfelder: Kleinfelder and its’ subsidiaries and affiliates, has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961.
