This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), business leaders, and internal stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and capabilities across technical, operational, and professional development areas.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop learning programs for adult learners using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning, blended learning, and self-directed learning solutions.\nApply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, effective, and measurable learning content.\nConduct training needs analyses and collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.\nDevelop eLearning courses, job aids, videos, guides, assessments, and other learning resources using modern learning technologies and authoring tools.\nFacilitate and co-facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars in both virtual and classroom environments as needed.\nManage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user enrollment, reporting, system maintenance, and learner support.\nMonitor, evaluate, and measure training effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and business performance metrics.\nMaintain and update existing learning content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving business needs and industry standards.\nSupport onboarding, compliance training, technical skills development, leadership programs, and professional development initiatives.\nStay current on learning technologies, instructional design trends, and AEC industry best practices to continuously improve learning experiences.\nEstimated breakdown by responsibilities:\n50%: Content/eLearning Development\n30%: Training Facilitation/Delivery\n20%: LMS Administration\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3-5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs for adult learners.\nExperience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, or similar authoring platforms.\nProficiency with video creation and editing tools such as Camtasia or equivalent software.\nStrong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation practices.\nExperience partnering with SMEs and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.\nDemonstrated project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.\nPreferred\nExperience facilitating training sessions for adult learners in virtual and/or in-person environments.\nExperience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting and learner analytics.
