The candidate will be responsible for proposing, planning, executing and managing projects of varying complexity with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires strong collaboration skills, project management, and client engagement in support of our Clients in Texas, as well as experience with proposal preparation (scoping and pricing).\nLead the design team and project management of residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal land development projects, applying sound engineering principles to deliver solutions.\nOversee a design team, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.\nManage multiple projects, staying within budget, on time, and meeting client requirements.\nCollaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure high satisfaction throughout the project, and identify other opportunities.\nResolves issues to keep projects on track.\nManage relationships with key clients.\nDevelop new business relationships with new clients\nPosition Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.• 9+ years of experience in land development or related engineering fields.\nStrong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and foster and develop key client relationships• Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization• Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D• Microsoft Office• Candidate will be required to complete Kleinfelder’s project management qualifications within one (1) year of hire.\nFollowing an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.\nMove Forward with Kleinfelder: Kleinfelder and its’ subsidiaries and affiliates, has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961.
