The position will be based in Kleinfelder's Central Division Dallas location.\nThe ideal candidate will:\nCoordinate and communicate with internal or external clients to understand their needs\nManage a portfolio of projects meeting client and company requirements for safety, budget, quality and schedule\nSafely supervise field exploration, sampling, inspection, analysis and technical support.\nMentor and manage junior staff and project level geotechnical professionals through project performance\nPerform and develop scopes for field and office tasks (technical and non-technical) and independent analysis.\nCoordinate tasks and manage medium to large size multi-disciplined projects with guidance and interaction by senior operations/technical staff.\nPrepare or review designs, reports and calculations on complex projects. \nStrong analytical skills are required in areas including:\nsoil and rock classification,\nslope stability analysis,\nearth retention systems,\nshallow and deep foundation design,\nconstruction support\nsoil improvement techniques\nmaterials testing knowledge \nEducation & Experience:\nMinimum 9 years of related experience.\nRegistered Professional Engineer (PE) License and ability to be licensed in multiple states \nMust have a positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks\nAbility to work independently or with a team in a multi-disciplinary environment\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPosition will require the candidate to adhere to work assignments/schedules, be self-motivated, organized and have a keen sense of detail.\nCandidate must be willing to work in addition to a standard 40-hour work week when needed.\nFollowing an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.\nMove Forward with Kleinfelder: Kleinfelder and its’ subsidiaries and affiliates, has been connecting great people to the best work since 1961.
