POSITION SUMMARY\nKlépierre is seeking a Digital & Innovation Project Manager to lead the deployment of new high-impact projects that support the Group’s transformation and accelerate business growth.\nDepartment: Group Marketing & Digital Operations\nLocation: Paris - Klépierre Headquarters (with occasional travel required)\nContract Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)\n2. RESPONSIBILITIES\nMission 1 - Product Management (≈50%)\nEnsure the rollout and continuous development of currently deployed solutions (including the solution to rent available kiosks and retail media platforms in malls).\nManage product roadmap execution: requirements gathering, prioritization of enhancements, functional and technical workshops, and coordination with business, technical, and external vendor teams.\nDrive adoption of deployed solutions across headquarters and local country teams through onboarding, training, and user community engagement.\nDefine and monitor usage and performance KPIs, as well as user feedback.\nCoordinate integrations and interconnections with other Group systems and tools.\nLead product governance activities, including steering committees, reporting, and internal communication.\nMission 2 - Lead Innovation & Data Projects (≈50%)\nManage the Group’s portfolio of innovation initiatives and new projects relying on digital technologies to support Mall management operations; identification, selection, scoping, proof of concepts (POCs), evaluation, and recommendations for industrialization/scaling.\nManage relationships with vendors and technology partners, including contracting, operational follow-up, governance committees, and performance monitoring.\nEnsure project compliance with GDPR and the AI Act in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Legal teams.\nDevelop and structure associated business models (data monetization, value creation, ROI) in partnership with business and finance teams.\nMonitor emerging technologies (AI, proptech, martech solutions) and prepare presentations for senior management regarding the Group’s innovation strategy.\n3. PROFILE & SKILLS\nEducation\nMaster's degree (Master's level / Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in digital, data, or innovation.\nExperience\nSignificant professional experience (5-8 years) in digital project management, product management, or digital transformation consulting.\nProduct & Project Management Skills\nProven experience in product management (roadmap management, prioritization, backlog management, functional workshops).\nKnowledge of martech solutions, generative and predictive AI technologies, data visualization tools, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.\nUnderstanding of system architecture and integration challenges (APIs, system integrations).\nInterpersonal & Governance Skills\nStrong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to rally stakeholders around a shared vision and objectives.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences, including executives, business teams, technical teams, and end users.\nExperience in change management, including onboarding, training, and user adoption initiatives.\nSoft Skills\nIntellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to technology monitoring and innovation.\nAutonomous, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make recommendations and drive improvements.\nLanguages\nFluent English is essential (spoken and
