self-motivated\n• Good interpersonal skills with strong service mindset\n• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints\n• Flexible in working hours\n\nTechnical Skills (Advantage):• Experience with Server, Storage and enterprise network infrastructure\n• Familiarity with VMware, Windows Server and Linux environments\n• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet or other network/security solutions\n• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)\n• Understanding of web applications, APIs and application architecture\n• Experience supporting ERP, CRM or other enterprise applications\n• Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)\n\nSoft Skills (Advantage):• Good command of English (written and verbal communication)\n• Presentation and
