optimum use of the same in underwriting.\nShould have a good understanding of various unsecured credit products.\nShould be able to understand the business problems and help solve them using analytical methods.\nLead a high-performing credit risk team.\nIdentify emerging risks, concentration issues, and early warning signals.\nEnhance automation, digital underwriting, and advanced analytics in credit risk processes.\nImprove turnaround times, data quality, and operational efficiency without compromising risk standards.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong expertise in credit risk management, underwriting strategies, and portfolio analytics.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.\nStrategic mindset with the ability to balance risk and growth.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution (IIT/IIIT/NIT/BITS).\n6+ years of experience working in Data Science/Risk Analytics/Risk Management, with experience in building models/Risk strategies or generating risk insights.\nProficiency in SQL and other analytical tools/scripting languages such as Python or R.\nDeep understanding of statistical concepts, including descriptive analysis, experimental design and measurement, Bayesian statistics, confidence intervals, Probability distributions.\nProficiency with statistical and data mining techniques.\nProficiency with machine learning techniques such as decision tree learning, etc.\nShould have experience working with both
