and continuous improvement.\nManage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.\nConduct regular 1-on-1s to provide feedback, coaching, and support, helping engineers grow from individual contributors to technical leaders.\nOwn the delivery roadmap for core backend services and APIs.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, meeting strict SLA and quality standards.\nCollaborate with Product Managers to plan sprints, estimate efforts, and manage priorities in an Agile environment.\nIdentify bottlenecks in the development process and drive improvements in engineering velocity, specifically focusing on build times, deployment pipelines, and code review cycles.\nServe as a key liaison to stakeholders outside of engineering, including Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership teams.\nTranslate complex technical roadmaps and backend constraints into business-impact language for non-technical partners.\nManage expectations, provide transparent progress updates, and negotiate delivery timelines to align with broader business objectives.\nProvide deep technical oversight on backend architecture, specifically regarding Java, Spring Framework and Event-Driven systems.\nChampion best practices in backend development, including API design standards, microservices patterns, and complex workflow
