experience as an Engineering Manager, with a minimum of 7-12 years in software development.\nStrong hands-on experience with our tech stack, including Java Spring Boot, Redis Cache, Postgres DB, microservice architecture, and Kubernetes.\nDemonstrated experience in release management, ensuring successful software deployments and coordinating with stakeholders.\nPrevious experience in a startup environment is highly desirable, with a track record of driving innovation and managing projects from conception to completion.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.\nExperience with agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
