Full - Stack Developer

A fintech startup is seeking an experienced Full-stack Developer with 3-4 years of expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building customer-facing mobile, web, and digital applications, preferably within the fintech, payments, or banking industry. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Frontend Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to create dynamic user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Backend Development: Build robust server-side applications using languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or. NET. Ensure efficient database management with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Testing and Debugging: Implement unit tests and conduct thorough debugging to ensure high-quality code and application performance.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee application deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Security Practices: Implement best practices for application security to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing applications in fintech, payments, or banking sectors.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in frontend technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React.js, Angular.js, Vue.js ).
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or. NET.
• Experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Understanding and experience in the FRAPPE framework will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile app development frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• Understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Familiarity with customer needs and the latest technology trends in the fintech industry.
