and integration with backend services.\nImplement database access using JDBC and/or JPA and write efficient SQL queries.\nWork with relational databases such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server.\nInvestigate and fix application defects, performance issues, and data-related problems.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and secure code following team coding standards.\nParticipate in unit testing, peer code reviews, build activities, and release support.\nWork closely with senior developers, QA, and operations teams throughout the development lifecycle.\nMaintain technical documentation for modules, APIs, database changes, and deployment dependencies.\nRequirements:\nStrong understanding of Core Java fundamentals, including OOP, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, and basic multithreading concepts.\nHands-on exposure to Spring MVC.\nUnderstanding of RESTful API concepts and experience developing or integrating REST APIs.\nWorking knowledge of JDBC and JPA.\nGood SQL fundamentals and understanding of relational database concepts.\nExposure to MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or another major RDBMS.\nBasic understanding of HTTP, JSON, application logs, debugging, and source control.\nGood problem-solving and communication skills.\nGood to Have:\nExposure to Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, Git, and Tomcat.\nBasic understanding of authentication and authorization in web applications.\nExposure to Linux/Unix environments and shell commands.\nAwareness of secure coding practices and common web application vulnerabilities.\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, or frontend integration.\nPreferred Attributes:\nGood coding discipline and eagerness to learn from reviews.\nStrong debugging and logical reasoning skills.\nAbility to understand existing code and make controlled changes without affecting surrounding
