manufacturing\noperations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nQuality Management System (QMS)\nDevelop, implement, and maintain the company Quality Management System.\n\nEnsure compliance with ISO, GMP,and regulatory requirements.\n\nMaintain quality procedures, SOPs, forms, and records.\n\nLead document control and quality system updates.\n\nQuality Assurance Oversight\nEnsure all manufacturing processes comply with approved standards.\n\nMonitor adherence to process controls and specifications.\n\nReview and approve quality procedures and work instructions.\n\nEnsure product traceability and batch documentation accuracy.\n\nQuality Control Management\nSupervise QC activities across all production stages.\nEnsure inspections and testing are completed according to standards.\nMonitor defect trends and quality performance indicators.\nApprove product release or rejection decisions.\n\nCustomer Complaints & CAPA\nLead investigations for customer complaints and nonconformities.\n\nConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\n\nEnsure effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation.\n\nMonitor effectiveness of corrective actions.\n\nAudit & Compliance Management\nLead internal quality audits.\n\nCoordinate external audits and customer audits.\n\nEnsure audit findings are addressed and closed on time.\n\nMaintain audit readiness at all times.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.\n\nAnalyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nReduce defects, rework, and process variation.\n\nSupport Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.\n\nTeam Leadership\nLead and develop QA/QC teams.\n\nSet departmental objectives and KPIs.\n\nConduct performance evaluations and training plans.\n\nSet departmental objectives and KPIs.\n\nBuild a strong quality culture within the organization.\n\nSupplier & Incoming Quality\nMonitor supplier quality performance.\n\nApprove incoming material inspection standards.\n\nSupport supplier corrective action activities.\n\nCoordinate supplier quality improvement programs.\n\nReporting & Analysis:\nPrepare and review reports including:\nCustomer complaints\n\nNCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)\n\nCAPA status\n\nDefect rates\n\nScrap/rework trends\n\nAudit findings\n\nProcess capability\n\nQuality KPIs\n\nPresent quality performance to management regularly.\n\nRegulatory & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with applicable medical device / manufacturing regulations.\n\nParticipate in risk assessments and FMEA activities.\n\nSupport validation and change control processes.\n\nEnsure proper handling of deviations and nonconformities.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Science Engineering or equivalent\n\nBasic computer skills (Excel, ERP/MRP systems).\n\nAttention to detail and ability to work under pressure.\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing or dental industry data systems is a
