The role focuses on creating engaging, conversion-focused web pages, landing pages and digital assets that support business growth, enhance user experience and maintain brand consistency.\nThis role requires strong expertise in modern CMS platforms, particularly Webflow, alongside experience working within HubSpot environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in the ongoing evolution of Klipboard's global websites, supporting localisation, campaign launches, lead generation and continuous website optimisation.\nKey Responsibilities: \nWebsite Design & User Experience\nDesign website pages, landing pages and digital experiences that balance brand, user needs and commercial objectives.\nCreate wireframes, page layouts and design concepts that improve usability and conversion performance.\nApply responsive design principles across desktop, tablet and mobile experiences.\nWork closely with content, SEO and development teams to optimise user journeys.\nWebflow & CMS Management\nDesign and build pages directly within Webflow.\nMaintain and evolve component libraries and design systems within Webflow.\nSupport content migration, localisation and website optimisation initiatives.\nCreate reusable templates and page structures that improve efficiency and consistency.\nHubSpot Website Support\nManage and update legacy HubSpot website pages where required.\nUnderstand HubSpot page building, modules and content management workflows.\nEnsure a consistent experience across both Webflow and remaining HubSpot environments.\nSupport the transition and ongoing management of digital experiences across both platforms.\nDigital Campaign Assets\nCreate digital assets including:Website banners\nLanding page graphics\nEmail imagery\nSocial assets\nPaid media creative\nInteractive digital content\n\nPerformance & Optimisation\nCollaborate with SEO and marketing teams to improve engagement and conversion.\nUse analytics, testing and user insights to refine designs.\nSupport ongoing CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) initiatives.\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience:\nEssential Skills & Experience\nStrong portfolio demonstrating modern web and digital design work.\nProven experience working with Webflow.\nExperience managing or designing within HubSpot CMS.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma.\nStrong understanding of responsive design.\nExperience creating and maintaining design systems.\nUnderstanding of UX and UI best practices.\nExperience collaborating with developers and marketers.\nKnowledge of SEO considerations within design.\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.\nExperience working in B2B SaaS, software or technology businesses preferred.\nDesirable Skills\nBasic HTML/CSS understanding.\nExperience with GA4, Microsoft Clarity or heat-mapping tools.\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).\nUnderstanding of CRO principles.\nExperience using AI-assisted design tools.\nCompany Info\nYou may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name - Klipboard.
