Working within the Project Management Office, the Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Klipboard products to new and existing customers, ensuring projects are well governed, commercially controlled and delivered to agreed outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities: \nManage a portfolio of projects of varying size, complexity and risk, ensuring each project has clear scope, governance, delivery milestones and success measures\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and senior leaders, ensuring expectations are aligned and issues are managed proactively\nDevelop, maintain and communicate robust project plans that define scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and key decision points\nPreparation and management of project documentation\nDefining project resource requirements and managing the relevant resources\nIdentify, manage and report project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating appropriately and driving timely resolution\nManagement, delivery and approval of all deliverables\nManage project finances throughout implementation, including budget tracking, forecasting, billing awareness and commercial control\nMonitoring, tracking and reporting project activity and project status\nChange request management\nOrganise, run and document project meetings\nTo maintain internal systems as directed\nTo enhance and improve documentation and processes within METIS as required\nTo cover for colleagues as directed\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience:\nEssential Skills:\nStrong working knowledge of recognised project management methodologies and the ability to apply them pragmatically in a customer-facing delivery environment.\nConfidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from end users through to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.\nExperience of managing multiple projects at any one time \nExperience delivering technology projects, ideally within software, SaaS, ERP implementation, systems integration or digital transformation environments.\nExperience of managing budgets and delivering to deadlines \nAbility to understand customer requirements \nAttention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project lifecycle \nExperience of using project management tools \nAbility to identify and apply AI, automation and digital delivery tools to improve project efficiency, reporting quality and consistency\nA continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, improve ways of working and add measurable value to customers and internal teams.\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required, including occasional overnight stays.\nDesirable Skills:\nIndustry specific experience in key verticals such as Builders Merchants, Electrical Wholesalers, Plumbers Merchants \nExperience of using or project managing ERP upgrades, implementations and releases \nCompany Info\nYou may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name - Klipboard.
