You’ll guide customer decision-making, tackle advanced/niche functionality, and play a key part in continuous improvement across Professional Services. You’ll also coach consultants, contribute to our capability documentation, and collaborate closely with Project Managers/PMO to keep delivery running smoothly.\nKey Responsibilities: \nLead ERP One finance implementations on Enterprise and Tailored projects, ensuring scope, plan, and quality targets are met.\nOwn day-to-day delivery: maintain schedules, manage risks/issues, and proactively communicate progress with customers and Project Managers/PMO.\nGuide key decisions on process design, data, integrations, and change impacts-with a\npragmatic view of timelines, commercials, and customer outcomes.\nResolve escalations end-to-end and feed lessons learned into continuous improvement.\nDeliver advanced/niche ERP One finance capabilities (from the Service Catalogue) and become a Capability Lead-producing clear documentation and enablement materials.\nMentor and coach consultants: buddy new joiners, provide structured feedback, and\ncontribute to a strong learning culture.\nShape scopes and plans for upcoming work (with a keen focus on the next 3 weeks) to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.\nDrive cross-team initiatives that improve how Professional Services partners with other\ndepartments and elevates delivery excellence.\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience:\nCollaboration first: you’ll partner with customers, consultants, and Project\nManagers/PMO for transparent plans and proactive risk management.\nContinuous improvement: you’ll share feedback with our Centre of Excellence and\nManagement teams to enhance methodology, tooling, and outcomes.\nERP finance implementation experience with multiple successful end-to-end projects.\nERP consultancy experience (typically 5+ years) with strong customer-facing skills.\nFinance/Accounting background (qualification and c. 5+ years’ finance role experience or equivalent).\nClear, concise communication-verbal and written-with the ability to influence and\nsimplify complexity.\nStrong organisation and resilience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments; proactive problem-solver.\nAbility to travel to customer sites across the UK; full, valid UK driving licence required.\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). \nNice to have\nExpertise in advanced ERP One finance modules and adjacent processes (e.g., costing, revenue recognition, multi-entity, multi-currency).\nDeep knowledge of ERP One core finance processes and related best practices.\nMentoring/coaching experience and an interest in developing others.\nExposure to enterprise-scale implementations with complex integrations and data migration.\nHow you’ll grow and what success looks like (6-12 months)\nYou’re the go-to expert for advanced ERP One finance capabilities and a named\nCapability Lead with clear documentation in place.\nYou’ve led multiple finance workstreams to go-live with strong customer satisfaction and predictable commercial outcomes.\nYou’re mentoring consultants, raising delivery standards, and improving repeatability across projects.\nCompany Info\nYou may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name - Klipboard.
