We’re looking for people who are curious about or fluid with AI, open to change, and excited to learn how technology can improve the way we work and help our customers which is always supported by strong human insight and communication.\nThe Project Manager BNLX - ERP & Azure Cloud Migrations is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation, upgrade and migration projects, together with Microsoft Azure cloud migration projects, from initiation through transition to the customer organisation and handover to Support.\nThe role ensures that projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, schedule and budget, with clear governance, controlled risk and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes. The Project Manager coordinates consultants, cloud specialists, third parties and customer stakeholders across the Benelux region.\nKey Responsibilities: \nERP implementation and migration project delivery\nManage ERP One and related digital transformation projects from initiation and discovery through design, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live and hypercare.\nEstablish and maintain the project charter, delivery plan, milestones, scope, budget, resource plan, RAID log, decision log and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate fit/gap analysis, solution design, interfaces, data conversion, user acceptance testing, cutover and operational handover.\nEnsure dependencies between ERP, integrations, infrastructure, customer processes and third-party suppliers are identified and actively managed.\nMicrosoft Azure cloud migration delivery\nLead Azure migration projects from assessment and planning through build, migration, validation, cutover, rollback readiness, hypercare and transfer to Support.\nCoordinate technical workstreams covering landing-zone readiness, connectivity, identity and access, security, data migration, backup, monitoring and operational support.\nMaintain an integrated migration and cutover plan, including test cycles, go/no-go criteria, contingency arrangements and rollback procedures.\nEnsure technical risks, security requirements and customer responsibilities are made explicit and escalated through the agreed governance structure.\nProject governance, commercial control and reporting\nMonitor quality, scope, timeline, budget, margin, actions and customer commitments, and take corrective action when tolerances are at risk.\nChair project meetings and steering committees; provide concise status reporting, forecasts, decisions required and escalation recommendations.\nAct as the first point of contact for project escalations and manage these through timely, factual and effective communication.\nReview incoming orders and statements of work for completeness, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria and links to other products or suppliers.\nValidate project time registration, progress, milestones and monthly invoicing using company-provided systems and processes.\nCoordinate resource requirements with PMO, team leads, consultants, cloud specialists, Sales and Support.\nMethods, quality and continuous improvement\nApply the agreed project and implementation methodologies, governance standards, documentation and reporting requirements.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of PSG BNLX project delivery, templates, controls, lessons learned and knowledge transfer.\nEnsure a structured handover to the customer organisation and Support, including documentation, open risks, operational ownership and post-go-live follow-up.\nManage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining transparent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience:\nEssential\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional level, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline.\nAt least five years of project management experience in software, ERP implementation, digital transformation or cloud migration environments.\nDemonstrable experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade or migration projects, including data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare.\nPractical experience coordinating Microsoft Azure cloud migration projects and working effectively with cloud architects, engineers and security specialists.\nStrong command of project governance, scope, planning, budget, commercial control, risk, change, quality and stakeholder management.\nWorking knowledge of structured project methods such as PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA or AgilePM.\nAbility to translate technical dependencies and risks into clear business impact, decisions and actions for customers and management.\nStrong customer orientation, relationship-building, negotiation, presentation and escalation-management skills.\nFluent written and spoken Dutch and English.\nResult-oriented, proactive, decisive, organised and able to work across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.\nDesirable\nCertification in PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, IPMA or AgilePM.\nMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or a comparable level of Azure knowledge.\nExperience with Klipboard/Kerridge Commercial Systems software products and the wholesale, distribution or manufacturing sectors.\nExperience with ServiceNow, Kantata or comparable project, resource and portfolio management tooling.\nExperience in Professional Services organisations, including revenue recognition, invoicing, utilisation and margin awareness.\nCompany Info\nYou may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name - Klipboard.
