Our solutions help customers source effectively, manage stock efficiently, sell profitably and deliver competitive service.\nThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading complex customer delivery engagements, ensuring projects are planned, governed and delivered in line with Klipboard methodology, commercial expectations and customer outcomes. Responsible for influencing project direction, shaping decisions and guiding outcomes through effective governance and stakeholder engagement.\nKey Responsibilities: \nKey outcomes for this role include predictable project delivery, strong customer confidence, accurate financial and status reporting, effective risk and issue management, and the ongoing development of project delivery capability across the team.\nChampion the use of AI and automation to streamline project administration, enhance reporting insight, improve governance compliance and support more efficient delivery across the Project Management Office.\nInfluence project direction and outcomes by providing clear leadership, constructive challenge, evidence-based recommendations and timely escalation to support informed decision-making.\nEffective stakeholder management\nDevelop and deliver project plans\nPreparation and management of project documentation\nDefining project resource requirements and managing the relevant resources\nManage project risks, issues, associated reporting, escalation and resolution\nManagement, delivery and approval of all deliverables\nFinancial project management i.e. Budgeting - Management of finance during implementation\nMonitoring, tracking and reporting project activity and project status\nChange request management\nOrganise, run and document project meetings\nTo maintain internal systems as directed\nTo enhance and improve documentation and processes within METIS as required\nGuide and enforce the execution of projects in line with the KCS delivery methodology and standards\nVia the training coaching and mentoring process ensure that non-billable work is reduced by identifying common threads and addressing this with further instruction on a one to one or group basis as appropriate\nDelivery of exceptional working standards within your team by demonstrable leadership\nIdentify areas for business improvement and make recommendations and changes to specific processes/documents/templates\nTo cover for colleagues as directed\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience:\nExperience/Qualifications:\nDetailed knowledge of an industry recognised project management methodology, ideally PRINCE2\nAbility to engage with users through to board level\nDemonstrable experience of managing projects simultaneously and delivering business benefit to the client\nExcellent understanding of ERP systems and their delivery\nAbility to agree and baseline customer requirements through effective stakeholder engagement\nAttention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project lifecycle\nCompetent in the use of Project Management tools\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nExtensive Project Management proven experience\nPersonal:\nA communicator who can deliver clearly and concisely\nA natural coach, mentor and leader\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nAbility to work under pressure\nFocused and organised\nPro-active approach to work\nCompany Info\nYou may also have seen from our recent posts that we are excited to begin sharing our new company name - Klipboard.
