Deliver improved internal and external customer and analyst experience through continual development, configuration of ServiceNow e.g. integrated language packs, Chat, skills-based routing, accelerate configuration of Now Assist, Generative AI amongst other things, integrations with iPASS solutions, ERP, Telephony platforms.\nStreamlining processes, integrating complex requirements, and ensuring adherence to ITIL and ServiceNow best practice standards.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency and meet the evolving needs of our organization.\nKey Responsibilities: \nWorking with a newly qualified team to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.\nCustomize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nIntegrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.\nPerform system testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications.\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.\nMaintain and update documentation for ServiceNow configurations, processes, and procedures.\nStay current with ServiceNow updates and new features, and recommend improvements to existing applications\nEngage with stakeholders on ServiceNow for CSM.\nProviding support to end-users.\nAdministering workflows and implementing new systems or add-ons.\nAssisting with problem resolution and testing systems for efficiency.\nCollaborating with stakeholders to develop workflows and influence organizational change.\nEngaging in design and implementation activities such as gathering requirements and configuring settings.\nEnsures Knowledge Management is an integral part of day to day operations across business units.\nUndertake any other task as advised by reporting manager.\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience:\nEssential\nITSM/CSM Application experience.\nExperience in ServiceNow implementation.\nTechnical system application knowledge.\nProficient in SQL and DBA.\nStrong communication skills - able to communicate effectively on technical issues.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\nProven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.).\nExperience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.\nProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.\nExperience with ServiceNow integration using REST and SOAP APIs.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nServiceNow certification(s) preferred in ITSM, CSM as a minimum\nDesirable\nITIL V3 Minimum Foundation or understanding of ITIL Framework.\nAny additional ServiceNow knowledge, training or certification or experience (Additional Administration Training will be provided).\nAdministration or Integration of any remote tools e.g. LogMeIn Rescue\nKnowledge of software support industries and understanding of Service Transformation.\nProject Management.\nSpecial Conditions\nThe company reserve the right to require you to work in accordance with our Out of Hours (OOH)/On-call rota at such time your manager feels your experience is suitable to do so.
