In this role, you will lead and support complex transformation initiatives across our Operations & Supply Chain domains - from identifying and structuring the problem, through developing and implementing solutions, to embedding new ways of working and realizing sustainable business benefits.\nWhat are you going to do?\nAs a Change- & Transformation Manager, your responsibilities will include:\nLead transformation initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through solution design, implementation, adoption and realization of sustainable business benefits.\nStructure and solve complex business problems, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, identifying root causes, developing fact-based solutions and translating them into concrete actions.\nDevelop and execute change approaches, including stakeholder management, communication, capability building, training and change-readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.\nTranslate strategy into execution, helping business leaders and initiative owners turn strategic objectives into focused initiatives, clear actions and measurable outcomes.\nChallenge and support initiative owners and business leaders, providing hands-on support, bringing external perspectives and helping remove barriers, resolve issues and maintain momentum.\nSteer the CS change portfolio, ensuring clear priorities, governance, dependencies and effective allocation of limited change capacity.\nDrive the annual OKR creation cycle for Component Services, in close collaboration with AFKL Group OKRs, and lead the monthly OKR review process with CS Leadership.\nBuild and strengthen the Change & Transformation capability within CS, by developing the team’s methodologies, tools, ways of working and knowledge base, coaching colleagues and sharing best practices across initiatives.\nWhere do you land?\nYou will join the Transformation, Continuous Improvement & Data department within KLM Engineering & Maintenance - Component Services, located at Hangar 14 in Schiphol-East. The Change team is responsible for leading and implementing business change initiatives end-to-end across domains including repair, logistics and commercial activities.\nYour profile\nYou are a strong problem solver, aligns stakeholders with different interests, challenges constructively and creates commitment without relying on formal authority. You communicate clearly and tell compelling stories, translating complex topics into a clear and actionable storyline. You are comfortable operating at multiple levels, from strategic discussions with senior leadership to hands-on problem solving with teams on the shop floor. You have an entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset, take ownership and focus on what is needed to deliver meaningful results rather than simply completing activities.\nTo excel in this role, you should possess:\n5+ years of experience in Change Management, Transformation Management or Consulting, with a proven track record of delivering impact;\n\nWO Master's degree or equivalent academic background;\n\nChange management is in your DNA.
