workflows using EDI/API standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).\nTroubleshoot integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements to optimize system performance and data flow.\nEnsure adherence to security and integration standards, maintain documentation, and support clients with training and best practices.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience in system integration or enterprise implementations.\nProven experience in leading customer onboarding for enterprise systems, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.\nDemonstrated success in solution consulting or pre-sales roles, supporting commercial teams to win and expand accounts.\nStrong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and modern integration technologies (XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs).\nAbility to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies (including agentic AI) to enhance solution design and productivity.\nExperience in co-selling, building business cases, solution scoping, effort estimation, and value-based selling.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, deliver executive presentations, and conduct workshops effectively.\nCustomer-centric, analytical, and self-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in
