  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Einkaufstransformation bei Kloepfel
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien, -prozessen, -organisationen und der digitalen Transformation für unsere Kunden
  • Eigenständige Durchführung und Leitung von Projekten
  • Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen und Methoden im Einkaufsbereich
  • Personalverantwortung und Teamführung
  • Beratung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden, um deren individuelle Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Kloepfel/EPSA Gruppe
  • Aktive Akquise von Bestands- und Neukunden sowie gezielter Ausbau des Kundennetzwerks

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Strategie- oder Prozessberatung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen im Einkaufsbereich und Erfahrung in der Einkaufstransformation
  • Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Starke Argumentationsfähigkeit mittels natürlicher Autorität
  • Führungskompetenz in Verbindung mit sozialen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Prozessverständnis und Optimierungswille im Einklang mit teamorientierter Umsetzung
