Join us!\nWe're Hiring: Associate, Business Development - Experiences (Bali Based) | Klook\nAbout the Role\nBecome part of Bali’s top-performing experience OTA, driving market-leading demand. Sales and Business Development are a group of explorers, always looking for your next favorite adventure. We work with businesses on the ground to find new experiences for our users, negotiate exclusive deals and unleash our merchant partner’s full potential through account management.\nThis role is focused on bringing new travel and experience merchants onto Klook, creating product listings, and supporting existing merchant partners to help grow their business on the platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nWhat you'll do\nAcquisition: Acquire suppliers and bring them onboard the Klook platform. Support onboarding of products and coordinate with operations, content, editorial, and quality control teams\nAccount management: Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook’s various distribution platforms. Communicate Klook’s business strengths and brand value to suppliers\nOptimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, maintain a market-leading position at all times\nCoordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk\nMarket updates: Support market leaders to identify market trends and provide market & competitor data through on-going research and feedback.\nOther duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee\nWhat You’ll Need :\nUp to 3 years of experience in Business Development that has key Account Management, or Supply Partnerships - OTA, travel-tech, tourism, or hospitality background strongly preferred\nMeticulous attention to details\nA hardworking, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality\nAbility to communicate effectively with teams across different offices and different cultural backgrounds\nA start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves mindset that’s not afraid to work independently when required\nWhy Klook?\nJoin the region's leading platform for travel experiences, at a stage where Indonesia is one of our fastest-growing markets.
