Join us!\nRole Overview\nRole Title: Manager, Business Development, Vietnam\nFunction: Business Development\nSeniority Level: Mid-Senior level\nEmployment Type: Contract\nWhat you’ll do:\nRegional Strategic Acquisition: Lead complex BD initiatives to onboard mid-to-high tier hotel partners and establish strategic B2B travel agency distribution networks across the assigned region.\nKey Account & B2B Acquisition and Management: Build, maintain, and scale long-term partnerships with major hotel chains, regional hotel groups, and leading B2B travel partners, negotiating multi-property agreements and strategic business plans.\nInventory & Offer Optimization: Secure market-leading rates, exclusive packaging, and priority inventory allocation from key hotel and agency partners to maximize yield and platform competitiveness.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with regional Marketing, Supplier Operations, Legal, Customer Service, and Finance teams to streamline cross-border workflows and drive end-to-end commercial execution.\nMarket Intelligence & Regional Strategy: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate market trends, competitor dynamics, and regional demand patterns to refine go-to-market strategies.\nTeam Leadership & Operations: Lead, coach, and mentor BD managers and specialists across the region, optimizing operational processes to elevate team efficiency and achieve ambitious growth targets.\nWhat you’ll need:\nYears of Experience: 7+ years of progressive commercial experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Supply Acquisition within E-commerce, OTAs, or the Hotel/Travel industry.\nB2B & Hotel Contracting Expertise: Proven track record of direct hotel contracting (chains/groups) and strategic partnerships with B2B travel agencies across a regional scope.\nCommercial Acumen & Data Mastery: High-level strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making skills, and deep expertise in revenue optimization, rate structures, and distribution models.\nExecutive Communication: Excellent negotiation and executive-level presentation skills in English, with the confidence to influence internal and external C-level stakeholders.\nCross-Cultural Leadership: Globally minded with proven experience leading and collaborating across multicultural, cross-border teams.\nAdaptability & Drive: Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex, ambiguous challenges independently.\nKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
