Join us!\nRole Overview\nRole Title: Associate Manager, Hotels\nFunction: Business Development / Supply\nSeniority Level: Mid-Senior level\nEmployment Type: Contract (Convertible/renewable)\nWhat you’ll do:\nAcquisition: Identify and onboard a diverse range of hotels, from budget accommodations to high-tier properties, ensuring alignment with market demand and seamless integration of hotel offerings.\nAccount Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, develop long-term strategic plans, and provide training and support to maximize their sales performance.\nOptimization: Ensure competitive pricing, optimized inventory, and exclusive offers to deliver exceptional travel experiences and maintain a market-leading position.\nCoordination: Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supplier operations, customer service, and finance to optimize hotel performance and maximize customer satisfaction.\nMarket Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights and identify new business opportunities.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team effectiveness and achieve performance goals.\nOperations: Oversee and optimize operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency and performance.\nWhat you’ll need:\nExperience: 4-6 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce, OTAs, or the hotel industry.\nProven experience in Business Development / Account Management.\nGood commercial sense and operational excellence mindset with a data-driven approach.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and strong decision-making abilities.\nConfident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively distill complex information and share solutions with internal and external parties.\nGlobally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.\nA start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.\nKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
