About the Role
This role keeps our New Experiences supply running smoothly day to day. You'll onboard merchants, be their first point of contact for anything operational, and continuously raise the quality of our product content and supply so more travelers convert.
What You'll Do:
Merchant Onboarding & Support
- Onboard new merchants and products end-to-end - listing setup, itinerary content, pricing and inventory configuration - to Klook's quality standards.
- Support merchants' day-to-day needs across the full lifecycle: onboarding, content edits, promotional participation, and settlement / payment queries.
- Be the operational point of contact for supply partners, resolving issues quickly and escalating where needed.
Content & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize product content and supply quality (photos, itinerary descriptions, pricing, inventory health) to improve conversion across the catalog.
- Identify and help close catalog gaps by working from destination-level sourcing priorities.
- Support promotional campaigns by preparing merchant-side content and inventory in time for launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Supply teammates and cross-functional teams to keep merchant information, pricing and availability current across the booking funnel.
- Feed merchant and market observations back into sourcing priorities and product improvements.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of work experience in B2C or customer-facing sales, with proven expertise and a track record in the travel industry specifically.
- Language: English is a must; Mandarin is a huge plus. Any additional language skill is a bonus point.
- A consultative sales style - comfortable guiding a high-consideration purchase rather than closing a quick transaction.
- Strong negotiation skills with both customers and merchant partners.
- Resilience and pipeline discipline - able to manage multiple live inquiries at different stages without dropping follow-up.
- Comfortable operating without a fully built tool stack yet - you'll help define what the inquiry-to-booking process should look like as it matures.
