Join us!\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage inbound API integration requests from suppliers, partners, and internal teams (BD, customer experience, operations).\nOnboard new suppliers onto Klook’s API connectivity: run test cases and UAT with their teams, and support go-live.\nSet up and maintain product mappings in Klook’s internal tools, ensuring reliable connectivity between supplier reservation systems and Klook.\nMonitor integration health (connection status, error rates, issues) and follow up proactively, not just when tickets come in.\nTroubleshoot and analyse integration issues (availability, pricing, booking and cancellation flows), and work with R&D to resolve them.\nBe the contact for suppliers and their tech teams: support and advise on API integration, share best practices, and build long-term working relationships.\nBecome a subject matter expert on Klook’s API integrations, including industry standards such as OCTO, across multiple product verticals.\nUse AI to work smarter: build internal tools and automations with AI tools such as Claude to handle bulk actions and repetitive setup work, and keep SOPs and mapping guides up to date so knowledge scales across the team.\nPrioritize API projects by business impact and effort, and drive them end-to-end as the liaison between Tech, Business teams, and external partners.\nWhat You’ll Need\nStrong attention to detail and patience for precise, hands-on work.\nA solid understanding of how APIs work and the logic behind them (requests/responses, endpoints, data flow, error handling). You don’t need to be an engineer.\nStrong English communication, written and spoken, for working with international partners.\nAnalytical mindset: comfortable digging into logs, data, and error messages to find root causes.\nBasic project management skills and the ability to deliver on timelines.\nClear, clean documentation habits.\nEnthusiasm for AI tools and a habit of automating repetitive work. You don’t need to be a developer, but you’re comfortable learning and experimenting.\nNice to have: Mandarin (spoken and written); a degree in CS, IT, or a field that builds logical thinking; experience in travel/OTA; familiarity with Postman, JSON;\nKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
