Join us!\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn the end-to-end pricing intelligence function across the verticals - deciding what competitive insights are built, how they are delivered, and ensuring they drive commercial action\nBe the primary interface between the pricing team and senior commercial stakeholders\nTransform how competitive pricing insights reach commercial teams - moving from data reporting to clear, actionable recommendations with defined response owners and timelines\nBuild and own the feedback loop that tracks whether pricing intelligence leads to a business decision and measures the revenue impact of those decisions\nBuild the operational visibility infrastructure that tells us whether our data is healthy, current, and reliable - and flag gaps before they affect decisions\nTrack and report core function KPIs: price positioning and revenue impact attributed to pricing decisions\nWhat You’ll Need\n4-5 years in pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or strategy within travel-tech, OTA, e-commerce, or hospitality\nProven experience working directly with commercial or category management teams - you are comfortable holding peer-level conversations with senior stakeholders about pricing strategy and competitive positioning\nTrack record of building analytical tools, understand why most intelligence products fail to change commercial behaviour\nExperience owning an outcome metric that connects your work to revenue performance, not just an activity metric\nFamiliarity with the tours, activities, and experiences space is a strong advantage but not mandatory\nSkills\nSQL proficient - you work with data directly and do not need an engineer beside you to pull an answer\nHands-on with at least one BI or analytics tool - Tableau, Looker or equivalent\nCommercially minded first - you think in terms of revenue impact before you think in terms of data or methodology\nStructured decision-maker who distinguishes between urgent and important\nKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
