This is a confidential search for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about client advocacy in family-based immigration and removal defense.\nSchedule:\nRegular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must be available for occasional Saturday work as needed to meet case deadlines.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDraft and assemble comprehensive family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and humanitarian filings.\nSupport removal defense cases by drafting court pleadings, motions, and applications for relief for EOIR proceedings.\nGenerate persuasive legal writing, including affidavits, client statements, and support letters.\nLead client intake interviews and manage ongoing client communication to gather evidence and provide case updates.\nOversee strict case management timelines, including court deadlines and USCIS responses (RFEs and NOIs).\nRequired Qualifications:\n3 to 5 or more years of experience as a paralegal specifically focused on family immigration and removal defense.\nExceptional legal writing and analytical skills; ability to produce high-quality legal documents with minimal supervision.\nDeep understanding of USCIS forms, EOIR procedures, and Department of State consular processing.\nBilingual English/Spanish (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain compassion and professionalism when working with clients in sensitive situations.\nHow to Apply:\nPlease submit your resume through KLS Workforce Solutions for immediate consideration.
