& Month-End Close\nLead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for the Philippine entity.\nEnsure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS, Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), and company policies.\nReview journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet schedules.\nPerform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements (if applicable), and corporate governance standards.\nCoordinate year-end audits and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.\nPhilippine Payroll Oversight\nOversee end-to-end payroll administration in coordination with payroll providers and HR teams.\nEnsure accurate and timely remittance of:\nBIR withholding taxes\nSSS contributions\nPhilHealth contributions\nPag-IBIG contributions\nReview payroll reconciliations and statutory reporting local finance staff and shared service teams.\nSupport strategic initiatives, process improvements, system implementations, and business expansion projects.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in accountancy\nCPA designation required or strongly preferred.\nMinimum 8-12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.\nAt least 3 years in a supervisory role.\nExperience supporting a PEZA or BOI-registered entity.\nExperience in a multinational Shared Services Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or BPO environment.\nFamiliarity with internal control frameworks and SOX compliance.\nExperience working with regional or global finance organizations.\nDemonstrated experience as a local entity finance lead or finance supervisor for the Philippines.\nProven experience managing:\nPhilippine payroll\nLocal taxation and BIR compliance\nStatutory reporting\nBOI registration and reporting requirements\nMonth-end close
