If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving complex problems with real-world impact, we’d love to have you on board.\nOn top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:\nHealth Insurance/HMO\nEnjoy unlimited MadMax Coffee\nDiverse learning & growth opportunities\nAccessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)\nAbove standard leaves\nThe main responsibilities of a AI + DATA ENGINEER include:\nDesign and develop AI-driven modules for healthcare professional (HCP) targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.\nBuild and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents utilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.\nTrain and fine-tune machine learning models for content personalization, CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations, and second-opinion chatbots.\nDevelop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support robust and scalable AI infrastructure.\nCollaborate with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to operationalize AI services in production environments.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\n3-6 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.\nProficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).\nHands-on experience with ML Ops, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration.\nExposure to healthcare or market research datasets is preferred.\nPrior experience in a startup environment with a strong builder mindset is an advantage.\nMust possess hands-on coding ability;
