Occasional out of hours when required.\n· Travel required interstate/overseas as required.\nThe main responsibilities of a DATA ENGINEER/ DATA DEVELOPER include:\nBuild and maintain data pipelines that move data from different sources into a central data platform.\nUse Snowflake to store, manage, and organize data for easy access and use.\nPrepare and structure data so it can be used for reporting and analysis.\nMonitor data systems and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.\nImprove the performance and efficiency of data processes.\nEnsure data is secure and follows company policies and standards.\nWork closely with teams such as analytics, IT, and business units to understand data needs.\nMaintain clear documentation of data processes and systems.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience working with data systems or databases.\nStrong knowledge of SQL (data querying).\nHands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.\nIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:\nExperience working with Snowflake as a primary data platform.\nAbility to handle large volumes of data.\nBasic programming knowledge (e.g., Python or similar).\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nIT -
