You will be working primarily with cutting-edge tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, allowing you to refine your skills and contribute to various high-impact digital marketing projects.\nThe main responsibilities of a DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER include:\nDigital Graphic Design (Primary)\nDesign and build weekly eDM campaigns to brief, working in Figma with assets developed in and pulled from the Adobe Creative Suite.\nDesign homepage banners, promotional tiles, landing page assets, and campaign creative for web.\nProduce static and motion assets for digital marketing and social media platforms.\nAdapt and resize campaign creative across multiple digital formats and placements.\nManage and organise digital creative assets for efficient workflow and version control.\nEnsure all creative output is delivered on time and meets brief requirements.\nUX/UI Design (Secondary)\nContribute to the design of website UI components, page layouts, and user flows in Figma.\nWork within and help maintain the design system, including component libraries and style guides.\nCollaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure designs are user-friendly and translate correctly across devices.\n\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital graphic design and motion content creation.\nExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.\nAbility to work efficiently in a remote setting, managing time and tasks effectively.\nProven experience in designing for digital platforms, with a strong understanding of digital marketing dynamics.Qualifications\nTertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.\nRelevant industry experience\nTechnical Skills\nFigma - proficient in designing digital assets, working with component libraries, and contributing to design systems.\nAdobe Photoshop - proficient, used for image editing and asset production.\nAdobe Illustrator - proficient, used for vector artwork and graphic asset development.\nAdobe Premiere Pro - proficient, used for video editing and short-form content production.\nAdobe After Effects - proficient, used for motion graphics and animated asset production.\nDemonstrated experience designing and producing eDMs, homepage assets, and digital campaign creative.\nSolid understanding of UX/UI principles and designing for responsive, user-centric digital experiences.\nFamiliarity with digital asset optimisation and file management best practices.\nShopify -
