genuine inclusion.\nThe main responsibilities of a GL SUPERVISOR include:\nEnsure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes\nReview the day-to-day vendor invoice review performed by the GL Accountant to ensure they are coded to the appropriate GL account and department and that the cost classification and accounting treatment are accurate.\nReview the monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in ARCS for GL accounts, such as Cash, Prepaids, Other Assets or Other Liabilities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to US GAAP.\nReview and approve manual journal entries submitted by the GL Accountant\nSupport internal and external audit processes by providing documentation and explanations\nCollaborate with Accounts Payable, FP&A, and other departments\nLead, mentor, develop and conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.\nAssign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance\nCoordinate workload distribution to meet deadlines\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy\nOther Finance projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance\nCPA or equivalent certification (preferred)\nMinimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience\nAt least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role\nThorough understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong organizational and
