HR Operations & Employee Support\nProvide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.\nServe as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and concerns.\nSupport employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, employee movements, and offboarding.\nMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.\nUpdate HRIS and employee databases.\nEnsure timely completion of HR administrative requirements.\nII. Employee Relations Support\nHandle routine employee concerns and HR inquiries.\nAssist in addressing attendance, conduct, policy, and workplace concerns.\nEscalate complex or sensitive employee relations matters to the HR Business Partner.\nSupport investigations and administrative hearings as directed.\nPrepare notices, documentation, and case records.\nMaintain confidential employee relations files.\nAssist in conducting exit interviews and consolidating employee feedback.\nIII. Performance Management Administration\nCoordinate the annual and periodic performance review cycles.\nMonitor completion of performance evaluations.\nAssist employees and managers with performance documentation.\nMaintain performance records and trackers.\nMonitor PIP timelines and documentation.\nConsolidate performance data and prepare reports for HRBP review.\nCoordinate calibration meetings and performance discussions.\nIV. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing\nCoordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, town halls, and employee events.\nMaintain the employee engagement calendar.\nCoordinate logistics, suppliers, venues, communications, and other event requirements.\nSupport CSR and employee volunteer activities.\nGather employee feedback and participation data.\nSupport employee wellbeing programs and communications.\nV. Onboarding Support & Candidate Experience\nCoordinate onboarding activities and employee orientation.\nEnsure new hires complete required documentation and onboarding requirements.\nMaintain onboarding trackers and employee records.\nVI. HR Compliance & Safety Support\nSupport the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.\nAssist in maintaining HR compliance documentation.\nSupport employee safety orientations and workplace safety activities.\nMaintain records related to incidents, safety activities, and employee welfare.\nCoordinate with Facilities and Safety Officers on employee-related safety requirements.\nAssist during audits and inspections by preparing required HR documentation.\nVII. HR Reporting & Analytics\nMaintain headcount, attrition, absenteeism, attendance, and other HR trackers.\nPrepare regular HR reports for HRBP and management review.\nGather and validate HR data.\nMonitor trends and flag unusual movements or concerns.\nAssist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and HR reports.\nVIII. Multi-Site HR Support\nProvide HR administrative and employee support across assigned offices and locations.\nCoordinate with site leaders and employees to ensure consistent HR program implementation.\nSupport site visits, employee activities, and HR initiatives.\nEnsure HR documentation and processes are consistently implemented across locations.\nAssist in rolling out company-wide HR programs across different sites.\nIX. HR Projects & Process Improvement\nSupport HR projects and initiatives led by the HRBP or HR leadership.\nAssist in documenting and improving HR processes.\nMaintain HR forms, trackers, templates, and standard operating procedures.\nSupport HRIS implementation and system improvements.\nIdentify recurring administrative issues and recommend practical improvements.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration,Management, or related field.\n\n5 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, startup, technology, BPO, or operational environment.\nStrong exposure to multiple HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance.\nWorking knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.\nExperience handling routine employee concerns and HR documentation.\nExperience with employee databases.\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.\nGood analytical and reporting skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nWilling to support multiple locations and travel to company sites when
