maintenance functions\n· Assist network and hardware troubleshooting\n· Assist in updating user and technical documentation\n· Run calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC problems\n· Provide help desk support to staff requiring technical assistance\n· Assist with building and deploying desktop computers and laptops images for deployment.\n· Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\n· Excellent customer interface skills\n· Good interpersonal communication skills\n· Strong communications skills, both written and oral\nIt
