standard leaves\nThe main responsibilities of a LIFECYCLE AND CRM SPECIALIST include:\nSupport the member lifecycle program to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.\n\nBuild and deliver communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, and surveys.\n\nUse Braze as the core platform for managing and executing lifecycle communications.\n\nCollaborate with the Head of Member and the Lifecycle & Product Engagement Manager to implement lifecycle strategies across campaigns and business-as-usual (BAU) communications.\n\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\n- 2+ years related experience Figma experience for content preparation and stakeholder feedback.\n-CRM or lifecycle marketing experience across multiple channels.\n- Experience running surveys or member research (e.g. Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Lyssna).\n- Confident with segmentation, testing and performance reporting.\n- Strong attention to detail, and an understanding of deliverability, consent and privacy requirements\nIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:\n- Braze certification\n- Liquid\n- HTML/CSS or SQL skills Experience in a
