This strategic and analytical role is key to a fast-growing B2B SaaS unicorn. The ideal candidate will lead the NetSuite implementation project, serve as the technical expert for NetSuite, and act as the liaison between the NetSuite and Salesforce project teams. Post-implementation, the role involves configuring, maintaining, and supporting NetSuite, as well as coordinating integration with other finance/accounting systems and managing system enhancement projects. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and requires strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, startup environment.\nOn top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:\nStrategic, High-Impact Role: You will be a key member of the growing accounting and finance team, working in a strategic, analytical capacity.\nExposure at a Fast-Growing Unicorn: The position is with one of the fastest growing, B2B SaaS startups to achieve unicorn status, offering exposure to the dynamics of a hyper-growth company.\nHigh-Level Reporting Structure: The role will report to Drata’s Director of Business Systems, indicating high visibility and the chance to work closely with senior leadership.\nCross-Functional Leadership: You will work effectively with cross-functional teams and act as the technical liaison between Finance/Accounting and other internal stakeholders, including leading the liaison between NetSuite and Salesforce project teams.\nSystem Ownership & Development: Post-implementation, you will have ownership over the system, managing system enhancement projects, developing complex reports, and incorporating best practices across multiple financial systems (NetSuite, Zone Billing, etc.)\nThe main responsibilities of a NETSUITE ADMINISTRATOR include:\nBe the lead netsuite administrator\nAct as a technical liaison between Finance / Accounting and other internal stakeholders\nDesign, create and revise configurations and customization of NetSuite as needed to meet evolving needs of the business including the creation of fields, workflow rules, custom reports, and dashboards\nAssist in the identification of project requirements and explore solutions that meet business objectives.\nResponsible for the creation of additional sets of books, inter-company set up, foreign exchange, etc.\nMaintain and update configurations as necessary in other Finance/Accounting software (AP & AR Billing systems, FP&A Planning tool)\nResolve system issues, administer user accounts and permissions, and provide NetSuite training and support to all users.\nCoordinate NetSuite and Salesforce development and integration with external systems in order to develop new integrations as well as test & coordinate NetSuite Upgrades.\nManage system enhancement projects, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality, and coordinate and perform in-depth tests for NetSuite, Salesforce Billing, Airbase and other products.\nIncorporate best practices for NetSuite, Airbase, Salesforce Billing, etc.\nDevelop complex reports/reporting capabilities in system tools as requested\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\n3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with a strong functional background and technical exposure\nStrong functional expertise, such as configuration, workflows, saved searches, and reports\nSupporting accounting users in a live environment\nStrong analytical skills, especially in Excel.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.\nExperience working in a scaling SaaS startup environment experience preferred\nStrong interpersonal skills -
