Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the Operations and Strategy to assist in the administration of existing Operational systems and processes, and the implementation of new business requirements.\n·Create, update and coordinate implementation of business templates and user guides.\n·Assist with the administration and improvement of all operational aspects of the business including but not limited to WHS; ESG; Sustainability; Modern Slavery; Project Accounting.\n·Assist with the administration and improvement of Cachet platforms such as Asana; Harvest; Procore; Breadcrumb.\n·Utilise strong MS office suite literacy skills to standardise and streamline Cachet templates across platforms and business functions.\n·Compile monthly tracking data against Cachet employee KPI’s from various business platforms.\n·Support process for Cachet to maintain Integrated Management System with ISO accreditation for ISO 9001 Quality Management System; ISO 14001 Environmental Management System; ISO 45001 OH&S Management System.\n·Assist with general project coordination tasks on ad-hoc basis under the direction of the Operations and Strategy.\n·Assist with meeting and setup actions for team members in Asana task management platform.\nCreate, update and coordinate implementation of Procore Forms and Inspections; 1Breadcrumb tools and templates.\nReview external WHS audits of Cachet project and system performance then implement changes required in order to improve performance and audit scores.\n\nESG\n\nSupport the development, administration and implementation of Cachet ESG Policy.\nAssist with the administration of Modern Slavery compliance assurance process.\n\nSustainability\n\nUpdate Cachet Environmental Management Plan to integrate with SSSMP and Procore form process.\nImplement administrative improvements identified in Sustainability Gap Analysis.\nAssist in the development of framework document to detail requirements for project to obtain 5 or 6 star Greenstar Interiors rating.\n\nJonas\n\nDevelop support documentation and assist with supply chain queries around transition to online Jonas portal for administration of subcontracts, variations and invoices.\nUpdate and upload new Jonas templates.\nLoad new vendors into project accounting software and master vendor list.Maintain vendor database to ensure currency and suitability for online Jonas portal.\n\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\n3-5 years' experience in an operations, administration, or coordination role\nStrong MS Office proficiency (especially Excel) for creating templates, tracking data, and standardising documents\nFamiliarity with platforms such as Asana, Procore, or Breadcrumb (or similar project/operations management tools) is highly desirable\nComfortable working with KPI tracking and compiling data from multiple systems\nUnderstanding of ISO Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) is an
