You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our product and partner delivery teams, providing seamless integration and issue resolutions.\nOn top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:\nHealth Insurance/HMO\nEnjoy unlimited MadMax Coffee\nDiverse learning & growth opportunities\nAccessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)\nAbove standard leaves\nThe main responsibilities of a PARTNER TECHNICAL ARCHITECT include:\nTechnical Training & Enablement:\nSupport partner onboarding by providing in-depth technical guidance and resources.\nWork closely with the Customer Success Enablement (CX) team to improve and enhance partner enablement training and artifacts.Partner with Customer Success Enablement (CX) team on new technical webinars and ensure assigned partners are attending.\n\nDevelop and deliver technical workshops and enablement programs for partners, focusing on platform architecture, implementation best practices, and AI capabilities.\nTechnical Implementation & AI Support:\nAssist partners with complex technical implementations, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting expertise.\nOffer specialized guidance on leveraging our AI features and functionalities, ensuring partners maximize their value.\nPartner Relationship & Support:\nEstablish regular meeting cadences with assigned partners to provide direct support on open technical questions and issues.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships and fostering partner confi dence.\nTechnical Troubleshooting & Escalation Management:\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.\nCollaborate with internal engineering and support teams to address critical issues and implement long-term solutions.\nBroker escalations within Talkdesk including Product and Customer Care\nTechnical Documentation & Best Practices:\nPartner with Talkdesk PS to enhance technical documentation, including best practices, implementation guides, and troubleshooting resources.\nProduct Feedback & Improvement:\nGather and analyze partner feedback on product features and functionality, providing valuable insights to product management and engineering teams.\nAdvocate for partner needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.\nProduct Knowledge & Expertise:\nStay up-to-date on product updates, new releases, and emerging technologies, particularly in the AI space.\nProactively share knowledge and insights with partners to ensure they are leveraging the latest innovations.\nScoping, SOW, and Implementation Methodology:\nDevelop and deliver workshops to aid partners in scoping projects and developing Statements of Work (SOWs).\nCreate and document implementation methodologies, including key touchpoints, artifacts, and escalation paths.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nStrong implementation or consulting background\nSenior-level stakeholder management experience\nCustomer-facing and/or partner-facing experience\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nAbility to lead meetings/calls independently\nAI fluency and practical day-to-day usage\nStrong cultural fit\nOrganized and able to manage multiple partners/projects\nProactive and willing to go above and beyond\nIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:\nTechnical Architecture experience\nTechnical Design experience\nPartner/Reseller experience (direct customer experience is acceptable)\nPrior experience in CCaaS, UCcaas, Saas\nAPI integration experience\nTechnical enablement/training/workshop experience\nExperience supporting channel partners\nIT -
