responsibilities of a RECRUITER include:\nRecruitment Strategy\nPartner with the HR Manager to implement recruiting strategies that meet company staffing needs\nPost and manage job openings across internal and external job boards\nSource and screen candidates using ATS, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking\nConduct phone screens and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers\nHiring Process Coordination\nEnsure job postings, applications, and interview documentation are accurate and up to date\nSchedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and maintain timely candidate communications\nSupport hiring managers by ensuring consistent application of recruiting best practices and standardized processes\nAssist with offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment screenings\nRecruiting Compliance\nEnsure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, EEO guidelines, and data privacy standards\nMaintain accurate and complete candidate records in the ATS\nProvide guidance to managers on compliant hiring practices and escalate risks to the HR Manager\nCandidate & Manager Experience & Management\nEnsure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication\nServe as a resource to hiring managers, offering process guidance and recruitment best practices\nSupport onboarding activities to provide a smooth transition for new hires\nMetrics, Reporting & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nDefine and monitor KPIs in cooperation with the recruitment team\nTrack key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status\nGenerate reports to support HR leadership in evaluating recruitment effectiveness\nEmployer Branding\nPromote the company’s employer brand by representing H&S Energy at career fairs, school partnerships, and community events\nAssist with recruitment marketing initiatives across social media and other channels\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred\n3-5 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in retail, operations, or high-volume hiring\nKnowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicable employment law compliance\nExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems required\nStrong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers\nStrong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple open positions effectively\nProficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools\nKnowledge of recruiting best practices and compliance with employment laws\nAttention to detail with strong follow-up and documentation skills\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality\nIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable
