application-related issues, questions, requests\nAct as a liaison to SAP providers\nParticipate in the design, build, configuration and integration efforts on SAP\nParticipate in SAP projects worldwide\nConfigure and Develop SAP and RICEFWs\nEnsure SAP application documentation is present and up to date and CSV compliant\nGathering, documenting and analysing business requirements relating to the development or enhancement of SAP and BI applications used by GC\nCo-ordinate the design, build, test and deployment on SAP and BI\nOrganizing with the other Digital Solution team members the schedule of SAP initiatives, roll-outs and upgrade activities\nProvide support, training and assistance to end users in the areas of SAP\nCoordinate and/or deliver first and second level support on SAP\nCoordinate and execute SAP change requests\nWhen needed, act as a complimentary backup or support for the other internal SAP team members, AMS team, SAP Basis team and MDM team\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nAmenable to work for a night shift schedule with a hybrid set-up (SM Aura; 3x a week)\nDegree in ICT, Bachelor IT or equivalent by experience\n Solid 3-4 years professional experience with the configuration of SAP EWM\nExperience with creation of Functional Requirements Specifications, Business Process Documentation & Flow, Functional and Technical specifications in accordance with CSV compliancy (ISO 13485).\nExperience with a design, build and implementation phase.\nExperience with training and testing and the creation of test scripts and training Materials.\nExperience on providing training and (helpdesk) support to end-users\nExperience with data migration to an SAP S4 Hana system, Go live cutover activities and post go live support.\nExperience with international organizations and global SAP implementations.\nExperience with the SAP Activate methodology.\nExcellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills\nService oriented, project-oriented, result-oriented and flexible\nInternational work experience in a continues changing environment is an advantage\nExperience to work in a multicultural cross functional environment\nAble to work independently\nProfound knowledge of and able to communicate in the English language\nIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:\nAdditional relevant
